Tackling those one at a time, a villager perceives its home as simply what's close to it. You can either kidnap a villager from another village, or you can cure a zombie villager. If you don't have enough villagers to breed them, you have two options. The baby villager tends to just run around and jump on the beds, but eventually it'll grow into an adult villager. Once all of these requirements are met, your villagers should spawn a baby villager next to them. You need to have at least two villagers that are both willing to breed and in close proximity to each other. You'll know you've given them enough when a shower of hearts radiates from them. You can also throw food at villagers, which makes them willing to breed. Villagers can actually pick things up as they go about their day, and you'll notice that occasionally villagers will actually throw things like food at each other. In other words, it has to be safe and usable. A bed is considered valid if it has a door connected to it, and has at least 2 blocks of air directly above it. A village determines its maximum possible population by the number of valid beds present in the village. In order for villagers to breed and create baby villagers, 3 prerequisites must be met.

If you're looking to expand your village, or simply replenish those unfortunately lost to, well, pretty much anything, you'll need to know how to breed your villagers. Two, those special buildings may have unique chests with special loot inside of them. One, villagers who are assigned to those houses will often take the job associated with them. The probabilities for each of these buildings is very complex, and actually changes depending on what biome the village is spawning in. A house for the librarian, a house for the farmer, a forge for the blacksmith, etcetera. When a village is generated, many of the buildings may have a specific job assigned to them.

By murdering as many monsters as they can, they hope to restore the town and finally close the dungeon. From here players will enter the dungeon again and again. That’s all good for them, but this dungeon needs to be destroyed, and the people and buildings of the town reclaimed. Luckily, the protagonist appears back in town once they’ve been defeated in the dungeon.
Inside the cave are countless monsters and generally quite nasty creatures, all of which are out to kill anyone who stumbles in. A dungeon that looks like a giant face suddenly opens and swallows everything nearby. In Dungreed players take on the role of a single villager whose town experiences a strange phenomena one day.
If this doesn’t get you excited for it, I don’t know what will. Alongside the announcement came a new trailer. The game has been available on Steam since 2018, where it amassed a few thousand reviews averaging in “very positive,” but now it will be coming to Switch and PlayStation 4 on Sept. Sidescrolling action roguelite Dungreed from developer Team Horay is coming to Nintendo Switch.
